Memory Series
What do our memories look like? Are they exactly what we saw when we were there? Or are they an interpretation of something we saw? When you remember a party or a family gathering and think about a room full of people, do you remember exactly how many people were there? Who was standing where at any given time? What they were drinking or eating or saying? And to whom? Sometimes a specific instance helps us remember some words someone said, or an event that happened, but most of it is not really like that. I got to wondering what do our memories look like? Perhaps the details are a bit fuzzy, sort of like a photo that’s a bit out of focus. So I started playing with that concept asking the question, what would a memory look like if you could take a photograph of the memory itself?
